Support the Annuitants Association Scholarship Fund During Huskies United

Since its inception in April, 2019, the NIU Annuitants Association Scholarship Fund has provide funding for six scholarships, totaling more than $9,000. This fall, two more Huskies from the College of Health and Human Sciences will receive scholarships, this time totaling more than $3,000.

Given the recent fluctuations in the stock and bond markets, it is now more important than ever to keep the NIU Annuitants Association Scholarship Fund strong with continued donations.

The Annuitants Association is participating in Huskies United to ensure there will be adequate funding for the 2023-24 scholarship and has established a fund raising goal of $2,500. Donations will be deposited to the scholarship’s expendable fund.

NIU Alumni Association Board Recent Graduate Challenge
The NIU Alumni Association Board of Directors is challenging recent NIU graduates (2013-2022) to donate during Huskies United. When 30 graduates from the classes of 2013-2022 donate during Huskies United, it will unlock their combined gift of $6,000 to the Northern Fund.

NIU Chief of Staff New Donor Challenge
NIU's Chief of Staff, Dr. Matt Streb, wants to inspire new donations to NIU. When 50 people make their first-ever gift to whatever area they choose during Huskies United, it will unlock his donation of $1,500 into our totals.
