Project Finish Line

 

Donors to Project Finish Line remove students’ financial roadblocks so they are not forced to pause or abandon their academic journeys.  

 

More than two-thirds of NIU College of Liberal Arts and Sciences students from underserved populations drop out by their junior year. Most of them have a solid academic record and work multiple jobs to fund their education. Your gift will transform the lives of more than 200 students who drop out each year, just shy of graduation, with an average financial shortfall of only $2,000.
