Honors Program
Help Upgrade the Honors Classroom!
Demand for the Honors Program is at an all-time high. With record numbers of incoming students in recent years, the program is home to over 1100 students from all disciplines and colleges. The University Honors Program (UHP) transcends disciplinary boundaries to help students broaden their horizons while reaching their goals. The program’s role is to mentor students and connect them with impactful experiences, so they graduate with the ability to adapt to life's ever-changing conditions successfully.
The Honors space is a key component to creating a community of learners and friends. The Honors classroom hosts many of the program’s beloved seminars in which Honors students are exposed to cutting edge topics taught by excellent faculty. It is the primary space in which Honors students learn together and build long-lasting connections with each other and with the dedicated Honors Faculty Fellows who teach them.
The classroom is overdue for an update, including all the technology. The anticipated cost for these upgrades is $10,000.
Please help us upgrade the space so that it reflects the excellence of the education that they are receiving within it.
