The Division of Academic Affairs includes the university’s colleges and libraries, the Graduate School and several other vital units. The executive vice president and provost is the chief academic officer who oversees division operations.

The division is dedicated to furthering the Office of the Provost’s vision of an inclusive, diverse and student-centered university, where students, staff and faculty pursue academic excellence and career success. Our units provide resources and support to the campus community and contribute to NIU’s inclusive and stimulating educational environment.
