Huskies United for Visual and Performing Arts!

Today, you can help the College of Visual and Performing Arts transform the lives of students studying music, art, design, theatre and dance. Your gift can also provide support to the NIU Art Museum or the Community School of the Arts.

Through Huskies United, day of giving, our donors are helping us Unleash Artistry. Together, we will enhance the artistic mission of the university through performances and exhibitions that play an essential role in campus life and the cultural engagement of the community. Throughout the challenging times we currently face, our artists never stopped creating. Their work helps us to understand and process our own emotions and reminds us how important our support for the arts is.

CVPA’s featured philanthropic opportunities include:

Strategic Priorities – Unrestricted support is more important than ever before. The Strategic Priorities fund provides flexible, essential resources for students and faculty and allows college leadership to respond to the most pressing needs and opportunities. Current priorities include but are not limited to student and faculty travel, equipment, visiting artists and experiential learning opportunities.

School/Unit Support – Support your passion – art, design, music, theatre, dance, the NIU Art Museum or the Community School of the Arts. Your gift can be designated specifically to one of the schools or units to support their area of greatest need.
