BELIEF Ethics Program

BELIEF Ethics Program

Have you ever been in a sticky situation where you weren't sure what to do? Perhaps a co-worker was fudging on his timecard. Maybe a boss asked you to do something illegal. The  mission of our BELIEF Program is to build ethical leaders through the integration of program development, faculty support, business community involvement and learner engagement. Fulfilling this mission equips students with a lasting set of practical tools to apply ethical values in business practices.

We need your help. The BELIEF Program  is currently accepting donations to fund projects, speakers, competitions, and field trips that aid our students in navigating ethical dilemmas so they can become integral individuals and impact more lives in an honest, ethical way.

The transformational impact of the investment will support multiple stakeholders and enhance the reputation of the College of Business and NIU.

Support our ethics program.
